Senior Principal Program Manager (IT PMO) Location: Nashville, TN — Hybrid (Required) Industry: Healthcare — Healthcare experience required Function : Infrastructure & Security Program Management Employment Type: W2 or 1099 Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Program Manager (IT PMO) to lead large, complex, cross-functional programs and drive successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program governance, strategic planning, financial oversight, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and enterprise IT program delivery. Required Qualifications 7 years of experience in project and program management. 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong experience in program governance, financial management, stakeholder management, and PMO practices. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives. Experience managing program budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and vendors. Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and drive measurable business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. PMP or PgMP certification preferred. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable. Experience leading enterprise-scale IT programs and supporting executive-level governance.
